Where are you based?

We are a family-operated, home-based business with roots in China. As there was an administrative and a support need for our family's business, we have expanded our presence across Australia and the United States. It is worth noting that all orders continue to be dispatched from our central location in China.

What countries do you ship to?

North America - Canada, United States and Mexico

South America - Brazil only

Europe - Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom

Oceania - Australia and New Zealand

Can I change or cancel my order? 

We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not possible to make changes.

Cancelation is not possible after your order has been processed and dispatched. If you decided not to accept the order upon arrival, we have the right to charge you a fee of US$35.00 for handling, re-stocking and card payment processing.

If you have accidentally entered the wrong address, you might want to consider making contact with your local post. With your local post, some deliveries can be redirected or rescheduled, but please note that this is not a Razzle Street service so we cannot guarantee any particular services offered through the postal. Please contact your local post for more information if your order already departed its original country.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We will only provide you with a full refund if the product is deemed faulty. We do not issue refunds for incorrect order, incorrect order address or shipping address. For details, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy, which can be viewed here.

How long will the delivery take?

It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 day business days. Although we also endeavor to process the orders as quickly as possible, the orders are processed in sequence in which they are received. All deliveries are shipped with registered post and will include tracking. Please allow a normal transit time of 12-15 business days. For goods that are not in stock, we will have a delivery time of 2-5 weeks.

All delivery times given are estimates based on normal procedural operations. Our offer standard deliveries for all your purchases, ensuring that your items reach you quickly and in great condition. If you have any questions about our delivery, please feel free to get in touch with us.

In what currency are the prices displayed?

All prices on the website are displayed in USD dollars and will be charged in USD. They include sales tax, VAT or GST. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add processing or administration fees.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept online orders using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB and Link payments from customers worldwide. Choose from our payment options to find the one that’s right for you.
