We will only provide you with a full refund if the product is deemed faulty. We do not issue refunds for incorrect shipping address and the below.
Delays due to carriers / customs.
Incorrect order / Ordered by mistake.
Try before buy / Change of mind.
Your order wasn't attended and accepted upon arrival.
Items used, washed or other situations that making it not of original condition.
In all cases, you must request a return within 7 days and send us back your purchased items with tags still intact within 14 days before being issued either store credit, refund back to the original form of payment or replacement.
We do not cover the shipping costs of returning an item. Returns will be made at the customer's expense and remain their responsibility until received by our returns team.
We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving the returning parcel. The money will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

*Please read the conditions of return carefully as we will inspect all items before issuing store credit, refund or replacement. In the case we find an item to be unsuitable for return, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
*In the case where items are found to be unsuitable for return, you will be contacted and asked to choose: to pay for the items to be shipped back to you or for the items to be donated. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, the items will be donated.
For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings, hair accessories, underwear, discounted items and items on sale.
